Profile overview

The ASPHER Young Researchers Forum traditionally takes place in the context of the annual EPH Conference as an afternoon pre-conference. 

The YRF is meant for postgraduate students (MPH, MSc, MRes, PhD, etc) and early career researchers from any field of public health. YRF has been specifically designed to provide you with the opportunity to present your work in a friendly, supportive forum and to receive feedback from mentors and peers. 

The 2026 YRF will be held on Tuesday 10 November from 09:00-12:30 in Bilbal, Spain as part of the EPH pre-conferences with a networking lunch at 12:30. See the 2026 YRF Programme here.

Starting in 2021, YRF was offered in a new format as part of ASPHER Member events. Extending the opportunity for Members to host YRF sessions allows them to internationalize their key events by calling for submissions across the ASPHER network. Supplementary YRF sessions permit ASPHER and its wider membership to energize the next generation agenda. Presenters are provided the chance to learn about the local context of the host schools, with relevant networking and extra impact opportunities.
