We are pleased to invite you to submit abstracts and later scientific papers in the fields of health and social care for:

The 19th international scientific conference
Stable and accessible healthcare systems in times of resource scarcity

The conference will be held in Bled, Slovenia on June 4th, 2026 to develop discussions on creating and consolidating conditions for the stability and accessibility of health systems in times of resource scarcity. The focus will be on finding ways to create and maintain conditions that ensure long-term stability, efficiency and accessibility of health services, especially in times when limited financial, human and/or material resources are available. Participants will analyse different strategies, innovative approaches and good practices that can help health systems survive periods of scarcity while adapting to new social, economic and technological circumstances.

PARTICIPATION FEE: Active and other participants: 150 € The participation fee includes lectures, lunch, snacks during breaks, a participation certificate, and  proceedings of lecture.
